Dynamo selling was an insightful and unique learning experience full of wows, ahhhs, and lightbulb moments and I would recommend it to any organization looking to upskill their sales consultants. Rai was our sales coach and from the very beginning he challenged us on everything from our script to our processes and made us rethink what we knew as the right way to sell. I recently attended a retail sales training workshop conducted by Brad, and I found it incredibly valuable. The session offered a strong mix of practical techniques and actionable insights, not only on how to improve and adapt my own approach when interacting with customers, but also on how to better train and support my staff. Brad struck a great balance between informative content and interactive learning. The combination of written materials, listening exercises, and hands-on role playing kept the session engaging and relevant. The role-playing component, in particular, was extremely effective in bringing the techniques to life. If anything, I only wish the workshop had been a little longer to allow more time to dive deeper into some of the strategies. That said, the training was overall very enriching, enjoyable, and left me with tools I could immediately apply in the workplace. Brad from Dynamo Selling was amazing and changed my entire approach how I conduct my daily meetings. I have participated in many Sales Training workshops over the years and have walked away, quickly falling back into bad habits. How can you effectively engage with different personality types in the workplace
A good team is a fundamental building block of a great business. Learning the various personality types of your team and understanding the key differences will allow for your team members to grow in a positive environment. Remember recognising and embracing your teams’ differences, allows you to see people objectively, not personally. Effectively engaging and looking for common goals and agenda’s that always respect everyone.
How to follow up with clients and avoid appearing pushy?
Understanding your client and their personality will go a long way when following up. Be aware of their needs and preferred method of communication. Be friendly, considerate, and polite whilst keeping it brief and to the point. Remember those particularly important open-ended questions!
How do we use goals to plan?
Finding a good balance between short-term and long-term goals is important when planning for your business and or targets. Break down larger goals into smaller milestones and achievements and celebrate and reflect. This allows for opportunities to gauge success, pivot, refocus and move forward with a changing environment in real time.
How can I improve my sales mindset?
Mindset is a powerful tool. Mindset affects your sales beliefs, behaviours, and habits. Those in turn, affect your results. Improve your mindset and improve your results. Moving into 2023 a positive mindset can be the gamechanger that relates to your sales goals.
